FinAssist v2: AI Advisor and Spending Journal are live

FinAssist v2 is rolling out on Google Play now, and it ships the two features you asked for most: the AI Advisor and the Spending Journal.

AI Advisor — ask your money anything

"How much did I spend on food delivery last month?" "Am I on track for my savings goal?" The AI Advisor answers questions like these in plain language, using only the data already on your device. Questions are answered by Claude, but your raw transactions never leave your phone — the advisor works from anonymised summaries.

Spending Journal — your year at a glance

The new Journal tab turns twelve months of spending into clean trend charts: category breakdowns, month-over-month deltas, and a "where it went" story for each month. It is the fastest way to spot a subscription quietly eating your budget.
