Fresh off our biggest rebuild, we kept going. This update is all about progression, learning, and polish — the game now gives you a clear path to climb, teaches you something with every win, and looks better than ever from the first tap.

Here's everything that's new.

🔓 Levels that unlock as you win

Progression is finally here. Medium and Hard now start locked — clear the level before to open the next one. Every level you unlock is saved between sessions, so your journey is always right where you left it, and the new level picker shows exactly what's open and what's still ahead.

Want a clean slate? A new Reset progress option in Settings re-locks everything back to Easy so you can start the climb again.

🧠 A tougher, fairer challenge

We widened the word lengths so each difficulty actually feels different:

• 🟢 Easy — 4–5 letter words, 30 seconds
• 🟡 Medium — 6–7 letter words, 40 seconds
• 🔴 Hard — 8+ letter words, 60 seconds

Longer words on the higher levels, matched with the time you need to crack them — so Easy stays breezy and Hard finally earns its name.

📖 Learn a word every time you win

This is our favorite addition. The moment you solve a word, a card slides in with its meaning. It's a little dose of "oh, that's what that means" on every win — the game now teaches while you play, without ever slowing you down.

💡 A hint when you're truly stuck

Need a nudge? Tap Hint and you can watch a short video to reveal it. No ad ready? You'll still get your hint — we never leave you blocked. And don't worry about the clock: the timer pauses while the ad plays (and any time the app is in the background), so a hint never costs you the round.

🎨 A fresh, premium look

We gave the whole app a glow-up so it feels as polished as it plays:

• Redesigned Home, Level Select, and Settings screens with gradient buttons, glass cards, and color-coded level badges.
• The gameplay buttons — Submit, Hint, Delete, Shuffle, New Round — all restyled to match.
• Even the Game Over screen got the new treatment.

Everything now feels like one cohesive, premium experience from the menu to the final word.

⭐ Score that pops, a Best Score that celebrates

Your numbers deserve the spotlight. The score is now a bright, animated gold pill that gives a little bounce every time it climbs, and your all-time best lives in a vibrant Best Score bar at the bottom. Beat your record mid-game and a pulsing 🔥 NEW BEST badge lights up to cheer you on.

🔧 Polish you'll feel everywhere

• Locked to portrait — no more accidental rotations mid-solve.
• Exit with confidence — the back button now always asks before leaving the game.
• Timer pauses in the background, so stepping away never costs you.
